Should I Upgrade to Windows 8?

After testing Windows 8 out I can say that I will not be upgrading my development system. Really there is nothing I can do in Windows 8 that I can’t do in Windows 7 and I HATE the Start screen. Windows 8 feels clunky and directed towards touch. I have done a quick video and posted it below:
